Product Support Specialist
WebRezPro is a property management system (cloud-based software) used by the hospitality industry in more than 40 countries.
Our product support department is looking for a dynamic entry-level Product Support Specialist to help our clients navigate our software via phone, email and screen sharing.
Qualifications include amazing client experience skills, ability to work from home, a general aptitude with computers and the internet, as well as a knack for learning new software programs.
Hospitality experience is a big plus.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position.
- Provide support and guidance to our clients via email, phone and screen sharing
- Maintain current knowledge of WebRezPro software
- Log client communication
- Work with Programming and Sales Departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Perform internal processes such as going-live checklists, setting alarms and recording customer service notes
