WebRezPro PMS Partners with PointCentral for Enterprise Property Automation

Direct integration further automates management of keyless access, thermostat control, and property awareness for vacation rentals

Calgary, AB – August 16, 2018 – World Web Technologies Inc. (WWT) is pleased to announce a direct connection between its cloud property management system, WebRezPro, and PointCentral automated keyless access solutions, streamlining access control for vacation rental operators.

PointCentral’s smart home automation solutions for vacation rentals allow property managers to remotely monitor and control access and energy for all their properties, in real time, from one cloud-based dashboard via any web-enabled device (desktop and mobile), improving security, reducing energy costs and streamlining operations, all while impressing guests. The interface between PointCentral and WebRezPro PMS further benefits operations by automating data transfer between the two systems for improved efficiency and accuracy of keyless access management, including automatically communicating lock codes to guests.

Without a direct connection between the systems, a property manager must log into their PointCentral dashboard to enter reservation information for each property booking to retrieve a lock code. In turn, the lock code must be manually entered into the corresponding reservation folio within the PMS. Now, with PointCentral integration, WebRezPro automatically sends reservation data to the PointCentral system and PointCentral automatically responds to WebRezPro with the lock code, which WebRezPro can then email to the guest, greatly reducing manual effort and risk of human error.
