Booking.com Integration

Degraded Performance

PROBLEM/ISSUE
WebRezPro clients have reported an issue with their booking.com integration.

  • Clients are receiving error messages from booking.com.
  • This was first reported at approximately September 14, 2021 at 8am Mountain Time.
  • This appears to be an error with Booking.com software (not WebRezPro).

 

WHAT IT MEANS

  • During this time, reservations made via booking.com may not have successfully transferred into your WebRezPro system.
  • This could result in WebRezPro showing inaccurate availability.

 

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  1. Log into your booking.com extranet and generate a reservation report for the day.
  2. Cross reference this report with reservations posted in WebRezPro.
  3. Manually enter any reservations that appear in booking.com but are not in your WebRezPro system.


NOTE: If you are unable to generate a reservation report in booking.com, then use the reservation notifications emails sent to you by booking.com to cross reference the two systems.

  • WebRezPro is waiting for a resolution from Booking.com.

 

Rate Availability Calendar

Properties are unable to sign into WebRezPro.

Amazon Web Services is experiencing global outages at many of its server farms. We are currently transitioning to our back-up servers at Google Cloud.
